Norilyn Oligo-Sarma is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with over 6 years of professional immigration experience. She joined the CICC regulatory council on March 2017 however prior to becoming a License Immigration Consultant, she was a banker for few years from Scotiabank as a Senior Accountant from a wealth management department, she established and founded a job placement agency.
She is a Foreign Worker advocate who mainly protecting the foreign workers against the abusive employers.

She housed a lot of newcomers making sure they all have a place to stay. She founded an Immigration firm called Oligo Sarma Canada Immigration and Canadian Immigration Specialist. She obtained a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and now a Specialist of Canadian Immigration Law. She coached many new Immigration Consultants and newcomers. She has the passion of serving and helping new comers of Canada and all over the world.

Currently a co-owner of a healthy restaurant in Ontario Canada. She is also a writer to newspaper media platform from the Philippines, Israel, Canada and now reaching thousands with her contents on facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn and Youtube social media platforms.

Norilyn OLIGO-Sarma is the Founder of Oligo Sarma Canada Immigration and the Founder of Canadian Immigration Specialist. She is the pioneer in immigrating among her family and one of the first to help people move to Canada who has their own unique life stories.
Norilyn OLIGO- Sarma is a remarkable family woman, entrepreneur, and visionary. She committed her life to assisting others. She is an advocate to abused foreign workers and bringing foreign nationals to Canada. Upon graduation from her Immigration Diploma in 2011, Norilyn left her banking career to helping people obtain Canadian immigration visas and permanent resident (PR) status.
Norilyn OLIGO-Sarma a seasoned Immigration Counsel who love to coach and provide seminars to new Immigration Consultants. She love to write and create contents in her own social media accounts. She has been invited by the Canadian National Television to deliver expert analysis on Canadian immigration law and policy. She has been in numerous guesting as an honorary guest speaker to many associations and schools to serve as an inspiration to many.
Norilyn started her practice as an immigration counsel in 2017, at a time when the government of Canada was radically changing its immigration policies and regulations. She became interested in helping people with their Canadian immigration journeys because of her family's history.
Norilyn remembered her mother speaking about her efforts as a foreign worker just to let them finish their educations, how her family owe so much about immigration and had changed their lives and future. She wants others to experience that change - a better change for their future.
